1. Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your WINOKJZ purchase. Items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In its original, unworn, and unwashed condition
Free of any stains, odors, or damage
With all original tags and labels attached
In the original packaging or a suitable protective package
Accompanied by a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged
Items without original tags or labels
Gift cards (if applicable)
Items purchased from third-party retailers or unauthorized sellers
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact our customer service team at assistance@winokjz.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the items you wish to return.
Step 2: Our customer service team will provide you with:
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
Detailed return instructions
The appropriate return address
Step 3: Carefully package the item(s) in the original packaging or a sturdy box. Include the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Step 4: Ship your return using a trackable shipping method. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance, as WINOKJZ is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Returns Due to WINOKJZ Error: If you received an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and cover all return shipping costs.
Standard Returns: For returns based on preference (size, style, color, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
International Returns (if applicable in the future): Customers are responsible for all customs duties and return shipping costs for international returns.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds:
Will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your return
Will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
Will include the item price and applicable sales tax
Will NOT include original shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error)
Refund Processing Times:
Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing, depending on your bank
PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Gift Cards: Immediate credit to your WINOKJZ account (if applicable)
6. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for different sizes of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange:
Follow the standard return process above
Clearly indicate in your email that you wish to exchange for a different size
Specify your preferred size
If the requested size is available, we will ship the exchange once we receive your return. If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.
For exchanges to a different item, please process a return and place a new order.
7. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may require:
Photographs of the defect or damage
Photographs of the packaging
A detailed description of the issue
Upon verification, we will provide a prepaid return label and arrange for a replacement or refund.
8. Final Sale Items
Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. All sales are final for these items.
9. Store Credit
In certain circumstances, we may offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credit:
Will be issued via email as a unique discount code
Does not expire
Can be used on any future WINOKJZ purchase
Is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
10. Return Exceptions
During special promotional periods (such as Black Friday, holiday sales, etc.), extended or modified return policies may apply. These will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
11. Return Inspection
All returns undergo a quality inspection upon arrival at our facility. Items that do not meet our return eligibility criteria will be returned to the customer at their expense, and no refund will be issued.
12. Refund Refusals
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if:
The item does not meet our return eligibility criteria
The return is received after 30 days from delivery
The item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration
No RMA number was issued or included with the return
13. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your order.
