4. Order Processing Time

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 PM MST are typically processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM MST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons, promotional events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of any significant processing delays.

WINOKJZ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at an additional shipping cost.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

8. Order Changes and Cancellations

If your tracking information indicates your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local post office or carrier facility.

If your order contains items with different availability statuses, we may ship your items in multiple packages. You will not incur additional shipping charges for multiple shipments, and you will receive separate tracking information for each package.

12. Customs and Import Duties (For Future International Shipping)

While we currently only ship within the United States, should international shipping become available in the future: All customs and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient. WINOKJZ has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
